Cancellation Policy

Because each appointment is reserved just for you, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to make a change. Cancellations & Rescheduling - Appointments canceled more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled at no charge - Appointments canceled within 24 hours are non-refundable, but you are welcome to reschedule your appointment No-Show Policy - Clients who miss their appointment without notice (no call/no show) will forfeit their payment We truly value your time and ours, and this policy allows us to serve all of our clients well.
